Brad began serving as an Assistant County Attorney in September, 2013 and is responsible for Hopkins County’s Juvenile Court docket. A Madisonville native, Brad is a 2012 honors graduate of the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law and a 2010 honors graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College.
While in law school, Brad served on staff for the Journal of Law and Education and competed with the ABA National Arbitration Team. He also worked as a research assistant dedicated to faculty projects and volunteered at law clinics designed to assist the underserved. Brad clerked for the Hopkins County Attorney’s Office from 2008 to 2012.
Brad currently serves as a board member for the Mid-West Kentucky Chapter of the American Red Cross and regularly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Hopkins County. He also volunteers as an attorney for the U.S. Army’s Military Legal Assistance Program and Kentucky Legal Aid’s “Wills for Warriors” project. Brad and his wife Whitney live in Madisonville, where he maintains a private practice.
